Inspiration Avenue Challege: Books!

Books! They are what make life rich! If you love to read then you will never be bored. All I have to do is mosy over to the bookcase and, if I don't find a book that I haven't read yet, I know I'll find an old friend. Everyone in my household is a bibliophile.

Now, for the self agrandizement. Judy at the library! For the entire month of July my hand painted canes and hiking sticks are on display at the Toms River branch of the Ocean County Library. (If you look at the photo I've posted you'll see books in the background.)

And here is my honey, with his newest find, standing in front of one of our many bookcases, with a mere fraction of the books we posess. Being a book fiend can be a terrible habit! (NOT! One can never enough books!)

Your display looks great! I wish our library had something like that. It's kind of on the small side though but some of the branches are larger, maybe I'll suggest something similar to them. :)

That's quite right, books are truly something special. I wonder, would you ever get one of the computer book thingies -ipads?? Would it feel the same? I'm not sure it would!
Well done on having your display!
